The Rusty Spotted Cat
Date completed: May 2nd, 2023. This project showcases my ability as a sound designer. The narration is based off a script I wrote to flesh out a cute and comical video with original humor and sound effects. This final project is composed of only audio that was gathered from sound libraries or created myself. The video was BBC footage, I do not own it.
The Smashed Bro
This was created for my Sound Design for Animation Final Project. For this project I found, recorded, and manipulated all the dialogue and sound you hear in this video. Video is gameplay captured from Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Voiceover commentary by Noah Renken-Kapatos and Sam Warner. Music originally composed by Noah Renken-Kapatos. Party Tonight Song Cover and Complete Sound Re-design
This was created for as an assignment for my Sound Design for Animation course at Illinois State University. For this project I found, recorded, and manipulated all the dialogue and sound you hear in this video. Furthermore, I recorded and performed all the parts for the original song "Party Tonight" by Sean Szeles for the animated cartoon "Regular Show". I did this by transcribing all of the instruments by ear and then performing and rerecording the song.
One Punch Man Complete Sound Re-design
This is a clip from the anime One Punch Man, the final episode of season one. This is for educational purposes only and was created as an assignment for my Sound Design for Animation course. For this project, I stripped away all audio from the video clip and composed the music, recorded the semi-dialog, and edited together an assignment that has redone all action elements, the score, the room ambience, and dialog.
